.JAVA hands on development manager:

Strong experience in OOD/OOP
Must be able to work both independently and as an integrated member of
a team.
Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate initiative.

Additional Qualifications:
5+ years Java server platforms (Spring, Tomcat, Hibernate, etc.)
Experience with SQL platform such as MySQL, Mongo DB.
Experience with Design patterns, and Multithread technologies.
Strong understanding of client/server based.
any mobile development is a big advantage
Hacker by heart, a team player with passion for coding.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent – a plus
