Content writing for english website for Non-profit Organization

I'm looking for someone to take responsibility for writing the content for a non-profit organization English website.
The website main audience is USA and western Europe residence.

The writer need to know English as a first language.
The writer need knowledge in Jewish tradition.
The main job is to write the content, however we also need consultancy about the banners, photos and so on to make it homey for the local eye.
