We are looking for senior software developer for a project in Hertzlia. The work is at client site.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Part of the software team for development medical multidisciplinary system
• Conceptual, functional and technological review of system architecture through close interaction with the Analog Hardware Engineer
• Development and implementation of proprietary communication protocol, control strategies and algorithms
• Design of Embedded Software for microcontrollers within ultra-low-power and space saving framework
• Comprehensive software debugging and testing
• Preparation and presentation of design reviews, maintaining design documentation.
• Design and development of Embedded Software for Implantable and wearable medical devices.
• Design and development of the SW tools for hardware management, configuration and testing.

Essential skills and experience
• University’s B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering (or other relevant degree)
• Design of embedded SW architecture, proprietary communication protocols and control strategies
• At least 5 years of experience in SW embedded development for microcontrollers (preference to ST ARM Cortex M , ATMEL AVR XMEGA or similar , 8051 CPU Architecture).
• At least 1 year of experience with C++/C# applications with GUI under Windows OS
• Working with embedded operation systems and Bare Metal applications, multitasking
• Experience with communication protocols : USB, BLE
• Experience of the development SW with OOD/OOP
• Experience with C / C++ development, ASM deep knowledge
• Experience with C# and WinForms / WPF GUI development
• Experience in the development medical multidisciplinary systems
• Fluent with lab test equipment for SW debugging
• Understanding of External standards, Design controls, Quality controls, Manufacturing methods
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and provide a timely schedule of completion.
• Understanding of complete development horizon including needs assessment, technology development, detail design & manufacturing systems development, regulatory requirements, and product verification / validation.
• Ability to generate technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings.

• Solid understanding of Industry regulations as it pertains to medical devices
