Need a Hands On RD Manager/(Node.JS/Angular2/ LAMP)

For one of our ventures developing high performing solutions for online publishers and advertisers globally we are looking for top notch WEB hands on RD Manager to oversee our tech activities including hands on development of our systems and managing a small offshore development team (currently one remote developer and about to grow to 2-3).
- At least 5 years of experience in developing large scale WEB solutions using NodeJs tech stack
- Previous tech lead experience - must
- Experience in AdTech - a big advantage
- Experience in remote developers management - a big plus
- Can do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills - must
- Russian speaker - must

We offer 40-45K + VAT per month (for the full time position) to the great candidates or equal salary in case of direct employment
Location: Bnei Brak Industrial Zone. At least 4 days a week on site
Tech Team Size - 2. Company size: 30+ people
Reporting to: CEO
