דרוש: שותף למיזם, מומחה לעיצוב + UI

למיזם בינ"ל בתחום אומנויות הלחימה דרוש מעצב מומחה UI כשותף.
המיזם בשלב pre-seed, ואנו עומלים על פיתוח המוצר - רשת חברתית לאומנויות לחימה, כאשר המטרה היא להביא את האווירה הייחודית של הדוג'ו לאינטרנט.
למיזם תוכנית עסקית ומודל עסקי יציב שלא מתבסס על פרסום.
שוק המטרה הראשון של המיזם הוא צפון אמריקה.
למיזם שלושה שותפים: מנכ"ל ישראלי לשעבר שגר בארה"ב, CTO אמריקאי ומפתח ישראלי שמתגורר באירופה.
התוכנית שלנו היא לפתח מוצר ולגייס משקיע רק לאחר שיש תנועת גולשים והכנסות. המטרה לטווח הארוך היא להגיע לשווי של 50-60 מיליון דולר לפני אקזיט.

דרישות טכניות:
Fundamental knowledge of front-end web development
Proficiency with HTML/CSS/Javascript,
Experience with template systems such as Smart and Savant3
Knowledge of common solutions to cross-browser issues
Proficiency with Flash, ActionScript 2/3 and Flex
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with version control and issue tracking systems (SVN + Trac)
Knowledge of back-end web development (server-side scripting and database)
A strong, creative, problem solver, self-motivated and tenacious when tackling tough issues
A team player with energy and enthusiasm, and a high tolerance for change and ambiguity
Excellent communicator with an interest in continuous improvement of self and the organization
