Kurento WebRTC js client not working in iOS 13.3 and above - need help

We currently have a web page that runs the Kurento WebRTC js client with live video streaming of RTSP video streams. We use this to view Internet RTSP streams in a web browser which the Kurento server converts online to WebRTC streams. This works perfectly in Chrome and similar, and also in Firefox on desktop OSs. This also works on modern Android devices web browsers. It worked perfectly on Safari in iOS 11, 12 and 13.2.
But, on iOS 13.3 and up it doesn’t work!
it doesnt work also on latest Safari on Mac desktop.

we need a JAVASCRIPT programmer to solve this on SAFARI !
We need the client side javascrip to be fixed, so the player will work on all WebRTC supported iOS Safari versions.

I have cumulative experience in software of 19 years on mobile platforms, and total management experience of 10 years, with offshore management experience, agile methodology implementation and management. I have total 9 years experience in iOS and Android, with uploading apps to the AppStore and GooglePlay. working with the Flutter platform, a platform created by Google. The platform is a cross-platform platform, allowing to write on code for iOS, android and web (web still in beta), and the code generates code to iOS (swift), Android (Java) and web (javascript). you can also take existing native code written for one platform and integrate it in the project. Flutter has today quite an impressive amount of 3rd party libraries available, free and payed. I write code fast and accurate, and have extensive knowledge in UI-UX.
