APP REWRITING - REACTJS WITH CONTEXT API/INTERNATIONALIZATION

I’m looking for a ReactJS developer to re-write from scratch my ReactJS App with ContextAPI and add multi-language support.

We’ll provide server api documentation (REST/WebSocket)
Keep the same Front End design.
No need for responsive design, only desktop and tablet (stretchable/scalable)
Use any UI framework or create styled components or use current CSS
Add internationalization and support LTR/RTL UI
