We are a digital health cloud software company. Our customers are medical professionals in the US.
We seek to work with a freelancer on a regular basis (retainer) for customer support and for regular followup after they started to work with our system.
Most of the work is done via email, and training sessions for new customers are via Zoom.
We require fluent English, good human interaction, pleasant personality and positive attitude. The software does *not* require any specific technical skills.
We provide all training for the job.
The work is performed from home, exact location is not critical.
