basic android bluetooth gamepad app

I want a simple "game-pad" like app that will connect to my smart tv using bluetooth.

The app keys should be configurable (should be able to change to keyboard keys), very simple UI that includes only the basic gamepad buttons (such as a PS2 controller f.e), and simple logic that will just send the key presses to the smart TV.
