Looking for an experienced freelancer for site design and banners

Here are the tasks

hebrew site: www.drivememe.com/hebrew (need corrections )
English site: www.drivememe.com

Ok.

1. add same element of flags for different countries like shown on English site on hebrew version, and make hebrew deafult and link the english one
to http://www.drivememe.com

2. see all PSD attached
Spice up the design ..make different color headers a bit
improve layout on all pages- cut different so we can use the html order form from english version of site

and you insert that into
the hebrew version we want to fix is on

www.drivememe.com/hebrew


organize it better
and most importantly take the english order form
as HTML and use as is and put on right side of the hebrew version

change all text from english to hebrew for all fields
for the form
connection scripts + submission and validation will stay in english
so no worry of that..

but the fields from english like first name, last name, car categeory
will change to hebrew i will tell you the hebrew for that..or you can:-)

3. we need 8 animated banners of these sizes:


we need 8 static banners of these sizes:


we want also DriveMeme logo in 3 sizes icon, medium and something in between to go with coupons we would do later.

using text for banners we would give you

all banners in hebrew with company name DriveMeMe - Los Angeles
Wholesale car Rental or Lowest car Rental in Los Angeles
We would give you text for the banners in hebrew

you use site logo and car images from site or other images you can think fit

looking to work with good israeli designer

again we need in terms of the site design - just spicing up, touch ups..make image text a bit nicer and organize text and cut it correctly with the order form from english version

I have all HTML live in hebrew
if you think you can work on all the actual HTML and organize better the HTML and still spice it up nicely and add the English order form
