General details:
1. This is a simple dating app. When I say simple, I mean that there's no search mechanism and roughly 15 screens.
2. The app will work with a database that lies in our site.
3. We will create the API (according to what the developer will ask for)
4. We will provide the graphics
5. The app should allow in-app purchases

Requirements:
1. The developer will be in charge of uploading the app to the appstore and to the android market + creating all the required certificates for billing through the app
2. The apps should support Push Notifications
3. The app will allow login+posts with Facebook.
4. The android app should work with as many devices as possible, and of course Galaxy is a must.
5. Defects fixing will be free for 12 months from the day the app is uploaded to the appstore/market.
6. The app can be developed with some cross-platform environment as long as it will be approved on the app store.

Additional info:
1. The credits to the app will be to us + the code will be transfered to us upon completion.
2. Please provide fixed-price! Per-hour suggestions will be ignored.
3. Our budget for this project is up to 15,000NIS. Suggestions above this price will be ignored.
4. Time frame is two months.
