We Need Designer that uses Gimp

Mainframe Systems Ltd is an Israeli software & Internet company that has also international activity. For that, we will be thankful getting from you quotation for:
1. Set of static banners that have the same design, but the different sizes according to Google guide for Adwords graphic ads. (https://www.google.com/intl/iw_il/adwords/select/imagesamples.html )
There may be several orders from you if we will start being your client but this time we would like to get the quotation for the first set.
All the tasks involve design based on idea & "Copyrighting" (in English) you will offer to us and will be implemented by you after we will approve the concept.
Please mention also if the work can be done with the graphic program : Gimp 2.
