Need a SMM specialist with Hebrew to manage our FB page

We need to create a corporate fan page for our Israeli operations and are thus looking for a social media marketing professional to help us manage this page in Hebrew (and EN as well). Our industry is mobile apps development, most of content will be related to technology and mobility, so a good understanding of mobile tech, b2b social marketing and startups culture is a huge plus! You should be able to work 20 hours a week and be OK to be paid on a weekly or monthly basis.
