Produce a brochure

We need you to produce a brochure, that can be used as a soft document (low res) and a high resolution document that will be printed. We expect you to have in addition to design skill also technical writing skills and understanding of the internet marketing.

The brochure need to be simple and graphically consistent with our product clip (TBD) it's text (Attached Notion Video Script v8) AND on the attached executive summery (Attached Notion Product v1).
We will supply storyboard graphics of the clip, logo and other graphics we own.

Desired format is a A4 brochure with one double page.

Project requirements:
* Brochure must be consistent with colors and images from our clip (ie web site elements can be reused).
* Brochure data file to be maintainable by latest stable version of Scribus (in case we need to adjust text etc at some point in future). If not possible please suggest alternatives.
* Use graphics provided here only (ie not any from web site).
* A Print-Ready High Resolution with it's Source File
* Unlimited revisions
* Simple is good.

This is a marketing piece for our company.
WE NEED THIS TO BE AS PROFESSIONAL AS POSSIBLE.
