Doing hands-on partnership, showing the startup how to engage potential partners, start building marketing leads through the partner, co-selling with the partner and generating revenue through the partner channel.

Hands on sales on a consulting basis, with the aim to teach the team how to sell, how to raise the average sales price of deals, how to up-sell and cross-sell within an organization, how to qualify the customer and how to retain the customer and sell more.
Telemarketing
Helping to build out a sales development team, showing return on investment of initial cold calling, doing the calls initially myself and then building out the team. This marketing channel can be more effective then adwords.

Coaching and mentoring the co-founding team and initial marketing and/or sales people on creating a sales plan, creating a marketing plan, executing on marketing campaigns that show faster sales conversions, shortening the sales cycle by having better quality qualifying of the leads, demos and closing. Putting in place a specific marketing plan, with 30/60/90 day plans and budgets that are aligned to sales activities, targeting specific geographies, specific verticals (industries) and roles. Having the value proposition defined, pricing and cold calling scripts.
Telemeeting
Doing the hands on demos in order to improve the sales pitch and sales tools, then training the team on how to deliver better demos and have higher converting sales cycles as a result.
