- Final project: Design and manufacture of the Gearbox in Ben-Gurion's Formula Student racing car.
- Software used in the final project: Solidworks, Gearteq for gear design, Optimum Lap for gear ratio analysis, Nastran-Patran for FEM stress analysis.
- Using this Gearbox design, the team finished in 8th place in the Formula SAE Italy 2015 event.
- The team participated in different events in Austria and Italy. The car and students are reviewed by leading engineers both in car performance and in engineering design.
