1. Full BI Roadmap – The Roadmap is an essential cornerstone in a strategic, solid and scalable solution that will enable the customer to leverage his data assets. The Roadmap covers the following aspects: Business: Mapping the customer’s business information models for the future solution and prioritizing the implementation Technology: Leading the technology selection to match the business strategy with the right technology stack (Data platform, BI tool, ETL tool, predictive insights etc.). Data: Analyzing the data stored in the customer’s systems and the data required for a powerful and flexible analytic solution Project plan: Planning the project, including phases, timeframe and budget estimation 2. End-to-end solution implementation: FTL-Intelligence covers all aspects of implementing an end-to-end BI/Data solution including ETL, Analysis and reporting.
