Include Unreal Engine skill category

Unreal Engine is slowly outpacing Unity3D in terms of adoption and while it's user base is still smaller than Unity's is definitely not neglectable.
I didn't find Unreal Engine 4 as a skill category and I think that's a missed opportunity.
