Advertise small software development company

Hi.
I am professional software developer with 8 years of field expierence. I started a company - software development and devops in Israel for local clients. But the problem is - that i need to find clients to develop for them. I need someone who understands in marketing and will help me to advertise my company - so i will find clients.
