Watermarking feature in PHP for an existing system based on the Yii framework

Back-end system:

1. At the top layer: An option to change the font, color, size and style.

2. At the bottom layer: An option to change the background.

3. The area of the front-end page should be adjustable through the back-end using some predefined settings where each mode dictates the boundaries for all of the sections of the page.

Front-end page:

1. Display the watermarking on top of an existing image.

2. Allow the front-end page to be more flexible and support different modes.

Changes that should be made to the system:

1. Add controls/widgets to the back-end to add/modify properties of the top and bottom layers of the watermarking.

2. Change the database in order to store the data that is the properties of the layers.

3. The system enables uploading images and display them at the front-end page but this page needs to change in order to display the watermarking on top of images.

4. Today, The front-end page is partially adjustable through the back-end but there's farther work required to make it support more settings both on the back-end as well as the front-end.

5. Finally, the system has predefined permissions so there's a need to add one more level to it that will control some other parts of the system which should be discussed.
