Required skills:
Expert knowledge of C programming language
Good knowledge of Microsoft programming techniques and API
Good knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio development tools (at least version 6, .NET 2002 or .NET 2003 preferred)
Knowledge of Hebrew encoding and Unicode within HTML documents.
Ability to read Hebrew(!)

The basic task is to:
Develop a .dll that accepts a referrer string from a search engine where the keywords are stored in parameter, and are encoded using one of several Hebrew encoding standards, and translate that encoding to a single, unified encoding (preferable Unicode/UTF-8)

Sample code in the form of a stub .dll with API specification will be supplied.
