Responsibilities
Architect of multiple groups of R&D engineers including remote groups
Design and escort the development work on the product roadmap
Drive for continuous improvement including adoption of new technologies while exploring the market needs
Responsible for the domain technology, technical governance and improving the technical skills of the team
Inspire the team for innovation
Requirements
Proven experience as a software architect - advantage
5 years of experience in software development and coding. JAVA – MUST, C#, .NET – Advantage
Experience working with offshore groups - advantage
Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
A technical mindset with great attention to detail
High quality organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
BSc in computer science, engineering or relevant field
