PPC on Google Display with lead form

I'm marketing my own pension consulting business
looking to run a PPC campaign on Google display using lead forms.
Current campaign preforming well on linkedin via lead gen form.
Since I am not meeting minimal requirements for google lead form (More than $50,000 USD total spend in Google Ads).
Would like to hire a platform only
No need for content, define audience etc.

Pls reply only if you can run PPC with google lead forms
