Voice Check & Keyword Detection Web App

I need a developer to build a simple Proof of Concept web application:

User uploads an audio file (or records voice).
The system performs:
Voice check → return “Real” or “Not Real”.
Speech-to-Text → transcribe the audio.

Keyword detection → compare transcript to a customizable list of predefined keywords that i can choose and add.

Output:
Display if the voice is Real / Not Real.
Display if keywords were detected, and which ones.

Requirements:
Backend: Python (preferred) or Node.js.
STT: Whisper or any open-source speech-to-text.
Web frontend: simple, clean UI (upload → result).
Keyword list must be editable (config file or database).
Deliverables:
Working demo: upload → analysis → report.
Source code + short documentation.
Deployable locally or on basic cloud (Heroku/AWS).
