דרוש פרילנסר מומחה ל Facebook application development

Problem description: User1 create closed group and add user2 to be member of the group.
Picture uploaded to the group.User 2 log to own account and access picture and tag himself on it. User2 expected to see tagged photo in his own profile and on the wall. But it doesn't happens.
Need solution. Any facebook standard solution could be accepted and will be awarded
In case and there is no standard solution required to create following application:
group owner will post link under each picture in the group. Press on the link should run application, which will take photo, photo description and some custom info(defined by application admin) and copy it to user profile.
Please advice regarding technical restrictions if any.
Please propose price and implementation period required.
