Machine learning/ Computer vision expert needed

We need a freelance expert for a short term (1.5-3 months) for hands-on development of a machine vision learning algorithm.
The qualified expert will work closely with our team to develop an automatic classifier of objects in a medical image.

Requirements:

-Expert in machine vision learning algorithms
-Experience in development of classifiers such as SVM, Random Forest, Neural networks
-Hands-on development in matlab and C++
