• Negotiating with vendors, contractors, service providers and others.
• Examining & implementing next generation technologies.

Job Description:

Leading and managing Walla’s Data Center & Content Delivery Network since year 2000 till 2008, including the following main events:

• 2008 - Moving Walla’s Data Center to a new location:
o Project Manager & supervisor from the preliminary planning phases until a successful deployment with zero service interference.
o Planning the entire scope of the project Including Cooling system & Electricity/UPS, Networking, Safety & Security Infrastructures
o Planning & managing all IT operations including the relocation of the complete Server room in few months, 400 Devices, including 500 Tb Data transfer thru Fiber Optic communication line while keeping Walla! Portal up and running at all times.
• 2005 – 2006 upgrade the complete production network backbone Cisco devices.
• 2004 – Planning, building and operating large Content Delivery Networks of video delivery including "Walla! Yes" broadband Portal (VOD & Broadcast) & HTTP acceleration, live shows including a daily internet show from aboard.
