Founder & CEO of GALILEO SATELLITE NAVIGATION Ltd (GSN).
Prior to founding GSN, Eli lead Israel’s technology aspects within Europe’s Galileo constellation program. Eli is an experienced GPS expert as of 1985 while heading Tadiran Telecommunication GPS activities. Eli managed two Israeli/European consortia - iGalileo and GREATS and he managed several R&D activities from concept through the design to building the production line.
Eli serve as programs evaluator at the Office of the Chief Scientist [OCS] in the Ministry of Economy and as a delegate of Israel at the EU fourth framework program
