I was the financial analyst on the CBRE Multifamily Sales Team in Minneapolis for five years. During my time there, I was able to value over 550 apartment buildings totaling $13 billion in value.

I am looking to parlay that experience to help real estate investors improve their deal vetting, financial modeling and underwriting processes. I also want to help clients improve their efficiency, accuracy and be the go-to cog to innovate and streamline their analysis over the long-term.
