The automated system for staff evaluation gives a possibility to evaluate employees’ efficiency according to SMART approach.
The system automates the process of goal setting for the next year, goal coordination with the supervisor, employee and supervisor assessing in the planning period, recommendation formation for career development and personal growth of employees.
