As the Founder and CTO of Geonode and Repocket in Portugal, I have successfully led the development and growth of both companies.
At Geonode, I oversaw the entire development process, including the design of complex architecture, leading a team of four frontend developers using React with TypeScript+ and three backend developers using Node.js, and Express with TypeScript. I was responsible for creating and implementing new features, and personally developed a complex feature in the system. The result of my efforts has been a thriving company with over 100,000+ registered users and 10,000+ customers, delivering real-time services at scale.
At Repocket, I played a similar role as CTO, taking the product from idea to system architecture design and implementation. My expertise in TCP/Socket low-level implementations using Go lang and complex microservices systems helped drive the success of the company, which now has over 1,500,000 registered users and operates at a high scale in production.
I am proud of the impact my leadership and technical skills have had on these companies and am dedicated to continuing to drive growth and innovation
