After completing a degree in Business Administration, I studied a BA in Portuguese, Spanish and French Studies in the Un. of Oporto. Later on I earned a BA in Portuguese and Spanish Modern Languages, Literatures & Cultures in the Nova Un. of Lisbon. At this time, I also extended my knowledge of English (which I started learning since I was very young), as well as of Catalan, Chinese and Italian. I started my professional career as a guide-interpreter and taught Portuguese and Spanish in companies and to foreign students during my young years. I have also been a freelance translator, proofreader and interpreter since 1999 and I've provided services as a communication and marketing consultant to several companies around the world, as I divided my professional and personal life between Portugal, Spain, Gibraltar & USA.

After improving my professional skills with an MBA in Business Management and Marketing with ISEAD Business School (Spain & Miami), I can consider as a professional asset my experience in international marketing & corporate events management. I am also trained in Marketing by Business Solutions Inst. of NYC Gov. (USA).

After an MBA in Coaching with the European Institute of Coaching in Spain, I worked as a professional, executive, business and motivational coach for groups and individuals (networking activities, training, talent management, conferences & workshops, online and individual sessions). That helped me to become an expert in team building & motivation activities for the corporate world.

I am enthusiastic about challenges, so I consider my future an exciting place - with no borders, in any language.
