• Serves as customer interface and point of contact for various groups and individuals such as clients, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Acts as the customer service agent between customer and maintenance team to address any issues and concerns
• Responds to day-to-day facilities concerns and requests. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Prepares quotations as per client’s request, track online payments and coordinates repair works – SAP APPLICATION
• Liaising with subcontractors for pending works.
Generating receipts for work orders
• Updating / tracking of work orders in the system
• Process all material requests and coordinates the purchase orders
• Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
• Receiving of Purchase orders in the system upon material receipt
• Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
• Virtual storekeeper – issuance of materials for each work orders - Maintains inventory records
