HP Web Troubleshooter - A Web Tool that was built with ReactJS and redux, for HP technical support call center that I've worked in.
The tool uses a smart algorithm I implemented to help technical support agents to received a step-by-step guidance of how to solve any technical issue. the system also automatically generated a written record of any technical support call for our CRM system, all in a user friendly, beautiful and easy to use one interface.
