Webpage Automation Lambda
I developed voice bots for my client based on Dialogflow engine. The webhooks were made as serverless services based on AWS Lambda.
Some of voice bots needed to automate some steps on webpages (booking tables in certain restaurant, request maintenance in car service).
I implemented the functionality for this with Headless Chrome engine and puppeteer library (Node.js).
A complicated task was to run Headless Chrome in AWS Lambda environment.
I build the all things together and configured it as separated AWS Lambda. This lambda allowed to implement various automations for webpages. Also the lambda was small and allowed to fast update the code (hudge Headless Chrome was configured so that was loaded in run-time mode from S3).
