Menu Orderer Voice Bot
The client needed to create the voice bot that will talk by phone with people and accept orders from menu.
I implemented it based on Dialogflow engine and AWS Lambda webhook. Orders were saved in Amazon DynamoDB. Confirmations were sent via fax, email, sms (Twillio). The bot greeted caller with first name, last name and Mr/Ms prefix if these are provided by phone number via Twillio API.
