Zendesk Comments Translator Webhook
This project is an upgrade of the Zendesk Comments Translator service (See details in my portfolio, please).
Zendesk was connected with the AWS service with Events Connector for Amazon Eventbridge. The goal of this project was to exclude the dependency on the build-in Events Connector integration. The configuration of Zendesk and Amazon API Gateway were changed so that they are connected directly through webhook requests and requests are directed to Amazon EventBridge. Thus, after minor changes the service can work as well as it did. The new solution required to implement a custom authorizer lambda for API Gateway. It was made with Node.js.
Now the client got the solution that is free from third-party intergrations. The service became more flexible.
