נהניתי ביותר מכל התהליך של בניית האתר מהתחלה ועד הסוף על ידי אריאל בירץ, שתמיד הגיב מהר ובנעימות, תפס מיד את המטרות מבחינת תיכנות ועיצוב, התמסר לפרויקט בכל כוחו ועמד בלוח הזמנים עד לסיום המוצלח. בפרויקט זה היו לא מעט בעיות וקשיים בדרך ואריאל התגבר על כולם, הכל בסבלנות עם חיוך, ומצא כל פעם פתרונות מלאות עד שהגענו לכל מה שרצינו ויותר. בחלק קטן מאד מהתחומים הרבים הנצרכים לפרויקט היה חסר לאריאל ידע מלא אבל הוא היה מוכן לבדוק כל דבר ביסודיות עד שהוא השיג את המידע הנצרך. אני מאד ממליץ על אריאל הן מבחינות מקצויעות הן מבחינת אופי ויחס ללקוח. הוא מדבר שותף עיברית ספרדית ואנגלית ותמיד הראה מוכנות להקשיב ולשמוע עד להבנה הדדית מלאה.
I greatly enjoyed the entire process of building the site by Ariel Birtz from beginning to end. Without fail he responded quickly and courteously, immediately grasped the project goals both in terms of functionality and design, devoted himself to the work with all his strength and kept the the time-table until the successful conclusion. There were not a few problems and difficulties along the way but Ariel was able to overcome them all with patience and a smile, and each time he found full solutions until we attained all we wanted and more. In a very small portion of the many different areas requiring expertise Ariel lacked full knowledge but he was willing to investigate thoroughly until he found the necessary information. I have no hesitation whatever in recommending Ariel Birtz both from the point of view of his professionalism and also in terms of his character and relationship with the client. He speaks fluent Hebrew, Spanish and English and always showed willingness to listen attentively until we attained full mutual understanding of what was wanted and needed.
