Senior AI/AR Developer for Retail Tech MVP (Visual Studio)
Project Type: Short-Term Contract / Long-Term Consulting (3-6 Months Initial Contract)

The Project: Disrupting the DIY Market
StudioCo, the technology engine behind the rapidly expanding FixxPoint retail franchise, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Freelance Developer to accelerate the build of our core product: the Fix-it Visual Studio.
The Fix-it Visual Studio is an AI/AR powered platform designed to guarantee profitability for our franchisees by replacing human estimation with precise technology.

The Challenge & Scope:
Your primary responsibility will be the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the Visual Studio.
This includes:
* AI / Computer Vision Integration: Developing robust algorithms for image recognition to analyze user-uploaded photos of interior spaces (walls, floors, ceilings).
* 3D/AR Mapping: Implementing basic functionality to calculate accurate dimensions and material needs (e.g., surface area calculation for paint, tiles, and Private Label stock).
* API Development: Creating a secure API layer to integrate the Studio with our central ERP and POS systems, enabling instant pricing and quote generation.
Required Expertise:
* Senior Level: 5+ years of experience in complex software development.
* Core Skills (Mandatory): Proven expertise in Computer Vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience developing AR or 3D visualization applications (e.g., using Unity, ARKit, or WebGL).
* Preferred Experience: Prior work in PropTech, Retail Tech, or E-commerce platforms dealing with physical inventory.

* Compensation: Highly competitive hourly/monthly rate based on expertise and proven results.
* Long-Term Potential: Successful completion of the MVP will lead to potential long-term consulting or an opportunity for a full-time CTO role with a significant Equity package.
